Laura: My body image of myself

My body image of myself is directly proportional to how I’m treating my body at that point in time. I could be my leanest, but if I’ve eaten horribly for a couple weeks, I feel terrible about how I look (even if I really don’t look any different). The opposite applies as well. I could be a little on the heavier side, but if I’ve been eating well and having really good workouts, I’ll feel better about how I look than in the previous scenario when I was actually lean. Focus on how being fit and healthy makes you feel (not just how it makes you look) and it’s going to be so much more rewarding and easier to stick to 😊
