Just because it’s the holidays, it doesn’t mean you have to completely give up on your fitness goals! Yes you may ease up a bit, but you don’t have to completely give up on your eating habits and working out all together 😊 Little things can add up to help you stay relatively on track! You can: . .
✔️make sure you’re walking around throughout the day . .
✔️if you’re travelling and have no access to a gym, do some body weight or resistance band exercises. Even a quick half hour is better than nothing. ✔️practice moderation. If you’re planning on having a meal where you’re going to eat whatever you want, that’s totally fine! But try and keep the rest of the day more under control . .
✔️do not punish yourself for eating extra food by doing tons of cardio, use the extra fuel to lift some heavier weights. 💪🏼💪🏼.
Fitness should enhance your life, not take away from it. You can definitely enjoy yourself without completely putting fitness on hold. You can have both 👯♀️
